HOW TO ORDER

Our website features thousands of products. You can navigate our site using the linsk to the left which are categorised. You can also search using the link below.

You can use our online ordering system which is 100% secure. Credit Card/Switch card details will be entered in our 'secure' web space thus protecting against interception. PGP encryption will also be applied to assure you of privacy and security.

UK Orders

Generally, UK orders are sent post free. Some items do carry a postage charge, such as heavy reference books, etc.  These charges are clearly indicated beside the price.  Also orders from the Special Offers section carry a £3.00 surcharge per order.  All other items are post free in the UK.

Special Offers
All goods in our Special Offers section carry a £3.00 surcharge per order.  This will be added on to your order at time of shipping, and will not appear in your order total.  This surcharge is clearly marked in the product detail of each product.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders are sent by standard surface mail.
The standard charge for overseas delivery via surface mail is the charge that appears on your order page:
Videos - £1.50 plus 50p each additional item.
Paperbacks - £2.00 plus £1.00 each additional item.
Hardbacks/Bibles - £3.00 plus £2.00 each additional item.
Some heavy items carry an overseas surcharge.  This surcharge is listed beside the price of the product.  (see also special offers, above).
Music cassettes and cds are sent post free!
Surface mail is not traced, and can take several weeks.  If you would like it sent by air mail that is no problem, simply let us know in the comments box of the order form.  We can confirm the price before proceeding, if you wish.
Guide to airmail prices for printed paper:
1000kg - Europe £5.00*,  World Zone 1 (America, India, Africa) £10.00*, World Zone 2 (Asia) £11.00*
2000kg - Europe £9.00*,  World Zone 1 (America, India, Africa) £18.50*, World Zone 2 (Asia) £21.00*
We recommend that overseas customers ask us to price an airmail delivery.  It is often not much more expensive, and pricing will only delay your order by a day or two.

Method Of Dispatch

Small orders are sent via Royal Mail.  Larger orders are sent via Parcelforce or Securicor.  Most of the goods listed on our website are kept in stock, and are dispatched within a day or two.  Out of stock items are usually ordered up in a few days.  If the deleyed any longer, we will send the rest of the order on to avoid longer delays.  If you need your order by a certain date, please advise us.

Local Delivery

Our van can deliver any order free to local areas (Ards, Bangor, Comber, Dundonald, Lower Ards).   We can arrange bulk order deliveries to further afield.  For local orders, please include a daytime phone no., and alternative delivery instructions (e.g. leave in garage/with neighbour).  Thank you.

Christmas Orders

At peak times, especially in the Christmas run in, dispatch may take longer.  May we ask for your patience at these times, and ask you to please order early.  We will endevour to see that all pre-Christmas orders arrive in good time.

Order Via Post

If you prefer, you can post your order to us.  For your convenience, you can download our order form here:

Right click and select "save target as".
You can then send in your order with payment details or cheque/postal order.  This is also the best method of ordering when redeeming a gift voucher.

Returns Policy

You can return any item to us for a full refund, no questions asked.  The following conditions apply:
- return must be within 28 days of delivery
- goods must be in their original packaging, and fit for resale
- goods are returned at the customer's expense
- carriage costs will not be refunded
- please enclose details of payment method/internet order number

E-Mailing List

We send out regular email updates to those on our mailing list.  If you order with us, or request to be added, we will put your details on our e-mailing list.
You can be removed at any time by request, or by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
The only information we hold on our e-mailing database is "name, country, email address".  We do not disclose this information to any third party.
