Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How to return goods if…

You changed your mind
You may return any unwanted item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. The following conditions apply:

  • Goods remain in their original packaging and are fit for resale.
  • Goods are returned at the customer's expense (postage will not be refunded).
  • Goods have not been ordered in as a special order for the customer.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the goods arrive safely with us at the above address and arrive within 28 days of receipt.

 Goods have arrived damaged or faulty
If you have received goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Goods must have been faulty from new. (if they have developed a fault, please see below).
  • We will pay the cost of return postage.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the goods arrive safely with us at the above address and arrive within 28 days of receipt.
  • If goods have been damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging until you have spoken to us. We may need proof of damage to make a claim with the courier.

 Goods have been sent in error
If you have received goods in error (our mistake) we will offer a full refund or exchange.

Goods have developed a fault over time
If your product has developed a fault over a period of time and you feel that this is below an accepted standard, please contact us before taking any further action. We handle a very wide variety of goods with various life expectancies.

Please note that all returns must be sent to the above address. If your returns issue is not addressed here, please feel free to contact us.

* This Returns Policy document relates only to goods which have been delivered, not to over-the-counter transactions.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

U.K. orders are sent post free, except oversized or heavy items. These carry a shipping surcharge which is indicated on checkout. Small orders are sent via Royal Mail, second class. Larger orders may be sent by Royal Mail or a courier service. We can send your order via first class post  for a small surcharge.

Overseas orders: As you check out you will be given all shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times for your order. All delivery times are estimates to a major city in your country. Rural deliveries may be longer. You may notice that, sometimes, "Parcelforce Mailhouse" may be less expensive even though it is a faster service. These prices are avaiable from time to time from our supplier, depending on what's on offer at the time. Sometimes this can be better value than the regular Parcelforce rates which are fixed prices.

Delivery

Generally orders are dispatched in a day or two (Monday to Friday). At peak times (especially Christmas) dispatch may be delayed. However, we aim to deliver every order in a timely manner. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
