"It's God or me!" That's was the stark choice I was facing as a brand new, five-day-old, baby Christian with no church background. What do you do when your husband presents you with such an incredible ultimatum? Where do you turn when the answer is expected immediately? The answer to that was my first experience of total dependency on God, the God that I'd just met a few nights earlier at a ladies meeting. Instead into my mind came a line from a hymn I'd sung many years ago in school: 'Holy, Holy, Holy! Lord, God Almighty….'So I thought to myself, If God is as holy and mighty as that hymn says he is, then Bill will never change God, but God might change Bill!
