This Jesus

From the Preface:
Many of my readers will have read This Daniel, This Ruth and This Joseph. These were Bible characters who did special work for God in their day. They were of like passions (Acts 14:15) as we value their record of faithfulness to God, but they were imperfect.

Now, I would desire to write about the Perfect Man - This Jesus. He is the sinless Saviour. "The Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me" (Gal. 2:20). The Man who changed my life 66 years ago and who, since then, I have tried to serve. He has been my friend all these years, and I can assure you that, if you trust Him as your Saviour, He will never forsake you. The words that He spoke to a ruler of the Jews 2000 years ago are proof of that promise:

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16)
